Our friendly front desk staffers are there to greet you, check in your child for their appointment, and assist you in navigating the administration of your child’s therapy. If the front desk coordinator is unable to answer your questions or concerns regarding your child’s account or schedule, they will direct you to the administrative professional with whom you should speak. If you have any concerns about our front desk personnel, please contact Crane’s Director of Administrative Services, Sonja Jorgenson, at (504)593-7115.
Following an evaluation when therapy is recommended, our Patient Scheduler will reach out to parents to navigate the scheduling process. She coordinates families and therapists to find a weekly schedule that works best for each client’s needs. You will also hear from our scheduler to assist in rescheduling any missed appointments.
